This video introduces a commercial product (VideoScribe) that makes creating professional looking hand drawn videos much easier.

There are a bunch of videos on YouTube describing how to use VideoScribe. Many provide more detail that this one. However, this one, posted by Stacey Roshan, did the best job of covering the basics and giving you a pretty complete overview at the same time.
